Maisha weekend retreat
Who are you? What is your life purpose? Get away for a stimulating weekend,
discovering the real you and creating a life vision of who you want to be
in this world. Then see how you use that life vision as you push the limits
this weekend, inspiring yourself and others around you.
This adventure is for today's explorer
who wants to explore all options in life, rediscover their passion
along the way! Who wants navel gazing and singing "Kumbaya" when
you can experience a full-bodied weekend that inspires you to be
more than you dreamed possible?
If this sounds too tame, try our 7
day Costa Rica Adventure Retreat!

Immerse yourself in African wildlife while embarking on a life-changing
experience on a safari for the soul.

Day 1
Arrive at Hallowood by 5PM, in time for the opening dinner. At dinner, you
will meet like minded explorers, all willing to consciously percolate life's
choices and see how they impact their life.
After dinner, we will start looking at your life purpose and how you can access
it in your life. Be prepared for fun, creativity and out of the box thinking!
Dinner, overnight
Day 2
Dare to be more than you thought possible and push your relationships, body
and attitude to the limit today. Meet for breakfast at 7:30AM for some homework
review. After breakfast, we will focus on how living your dream life is possible
by creating intentional choices. Do you choose chaos or sanity? Do you choose
the rat race or getting off the treadmill? Challenge yourself to be fully
aware as you stake your claim in life.
After lunch, you will drive your own car to the Upward Enterprise Ropes course
in Buckeystown, approximately 20 minutes from Hallowood. On this course, we
will start to put your life purpose into action on the ropes course, forging
the bonds for well-knit community.
After you return from the ropes course, enjoy some relaxation time before
dinner. After dinner, it's time to pump up the volume and get the java
jamming! What did the ropes course teach you? Where are you holding back in
your life? When do you sell yourself short? Where are you too comfortable?
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight
Day 3
Wake up and smell the coffee! After 7:30 breakfast and homework review, we'll
take this morning to slow roast your life and take stock of where you've
been, where you are now and where you're going. Find your strengths and
discover how to use them in all areas of your life.
After lunch, we'll put the milk with the coffee and stir it with some
more sweet adventure discoveries, giving you the tools you need go home at
5PM for future explorations.
Breakfast, lunch
So dare to take life full strength! Unjam the traffic and look at your life
from many perspectives. Climb, jump, reach and dare to "be" instead
of "do".

Why travel with us? Because Eco-resorts is changing the world-one journey
at a time.
Animals and people both need land. Ecotourism provides an alternative income
for the people, leaving space for the migratory animals. Eco-resorts actively
supports the villages and projects that are protecting East Africa's environment
and culture.
We develop self-help eco-projects, which promote wildlife conservation.
We also educate both our consumers and our partner camps with two free ezines.
We use renewable energy products, reduce paper and plastic consumption in our
office and have left the natural vegetation unscathed, resulting in duiker and
monitor lizards visiting the office!
We donate 10% of all post-tax profits to fund community and/or conservation
projects. Community projects are operated with the local villagers as the operators
and managers; Eco-resorts provides advice and guidance when requested, but abides
by local beliefs and traditions.
