The date on which the letter is received by Eco-resorts will determine the cancellation
or change fee applicable. Cancellation is defined as a termination of the entire
trip. Change is defined as a change to the departure date, a change in name of
traveling passenger and a reduction to the number of people in the party traveling.
If air tickets have been issued, all exchange or cancel penalties imposed by the
airline will apply.
Cancellations and fees for changes are charged to cover any costs of managing
your travel arrangements and the risk we may not be able to sell this space to
someone else. Any cancellation refunds you are entitled to will be automatically
processed within 21 days of your cancellation. Note: Credit Card refunds typically
take longer and may be subject to processing fees imposed by airlines.
If you cancel:

Between 90-60 days before departure
of deposit, but remainder of total payment refunded, less any prepayments made

We will not be liable to pay any compensation if we are forced
to cancel or in any way change your holiday as a result of situations outside
of our control which neither we nor our suppliers could foresee or forestall even
with all due care. For example, technical or maintenance problems with transport,
changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or main
charterer, war, or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster,
bad weather, terrorist activity.
We do not control the day to day management of your accommodation,
and in exceptional cases it is possible that we may be advised that the reserved
accommodation is not available. If this happens before your departure or
on arrival in resort we will endeavor to provide accommodation of at least the
same standard in the resort area.
and Cancellations by Eco-resorts: Eco-resorts reserves the right to cancel
the tour prior to departure. If a tour is cancelled, you may chose between a full
refund or travel on an alternative tour. If the alternate tour is of lower value
than originally booked, you are then entitled to a refund of the price difference.
Eco-resorts reserves the right to change any of the facilities, services or
prices described in this web-site before a booking is made. Is such a change is
made, you will be told at the time of booking. Eco-resorts will use its best endeavors
to operate all tours as described, although reasonable changes may be made where
Responsibility: The clients must be in possession of a valid passport and
visas, permits, certificates and licenses including vaccination certificates required
for the journey and the client accepts responsibility for the same. Eco-resorts
will endeavor to give the best advise with regards to the same, but without responsibility.
There are no refunds for unused services or portions of services.
and Surcharges: Eco-resorts reserves the right to impose price surcharges
or price decreases up to 90 days before departure due to changes in exchange rates,
increases in transport costs, taxes, levy's or if any government action should
require us to do so.
